HonQr is operated by Foldstone Ltd., a company registered in Ireland.

Your privacy is important to us, and we are committed to securing your data and keeping it confidential. It is Foldstone Ltd's policy to respect your privacy regarding any information we may collect from you across our website, https://honqr.com, and other sites we own or operate for use by the HonQr service.

We only ask for personal information when we truly need it to provide a service to you. We collect it by fair and lawful means, with your knowledge and consent. We also let you know why we're collecting it and how it will be used.

We only retain collected information for as long as necessary to provide you with your requested service. What data we store, we'll protect with commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorised access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.

We use an enterprise-grade third-party to store & manage your login credentials: Microsoft's Azure AD B2C. We reserve the right to change the services we use to store and manage login credentials and other personal information without notice.

We do not store, or have any access to your account's password outside the above 3rd-party service, but you can provide a Display Name that HonQr may use to address you.

We use Paddle.com to manage subscriptions, payments, renewals, and customer data as a 'Merchant of Record'. We reserve the right to change the services we use to manage payments without notice.

If you subscribe, you must provide an email address during checkout, as well as any other data necessary to facilitate payments.

Your subscription email address will only be used to share important information with you related to your subscription & our services e.g. invoices & payments, and outages, unless you explicitly consent to hear more.

We will never use your email address for marketing purposes, unless you have given explicit consent for that, and you can revoke marketing consent at any time.

We don't lease, sell or distribute any personally identifying information with third-parties, except when required to by law, or where you have expressly agreed to in order for us to provide a service to you.

We do use the open source Plausible.io for privacy-friendly analytics, that does not track individuals.

We don't share private content with third-parties, except when required to by law, or where you have expressly agreed.

Our website may link to external sites that are not operated by us. Please be aware that we have no control over the content and practices of these sites, and cannot accept responsibility or liability for their respective privacy policies.

If we become aware of illegal or prohibited content on our site, or content that does not have the consent of the rightsholders, or if you use our site to create or distribute illegal, or prohibited content, or content without the permission of rightholders, we may delete or block such content and/or suspend your access to our services, without refund.

You are free to refuse our request for your personal information, with the understanding that we may be unable to provide you with some of your desired services.
